La planta baja de esta casa tiene una sala de estar abierta, cocina y comer en el bar. Hay un baño completo en este nivel junto con un gran porche proyectado. El primer dormitorio principal está en la planta baja y tiene un baño completo. El piso de arriba ofrece el segundo dormitorio principal, con una cama queen size y un fabuloso baño completo. El tercer dormitorio, que también está arriba, tiene dos juegos de literas gemelas y el tercer baño completo se encuentra en el pasillo. Esta casa tiene capacidad para un máximo de 8 personas y se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de la playa. Ofrece internet inalámbrico. Al aire libre encontrará una mesa y sillas con una parrilla de carbón. Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:

1) Coral Paradise VW27 ofrece 3 espacios de estacionamiento pavimentados, 2 en el camino de entrada y uno en el garaje, para 3 vehículos de tamaño mediano. Si alquila un carrito de golf, debe caber en uno de sus 3 espacios.
 
2) Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals proporcionará las etiquetas de estacionamiento.

Enjoyed the house, especially the well equipped kitchen. The screened in porch was a great place to have morning coffee and evening cocktails! We were so close to the pool and enjoyed taking a dip to cool off each day.

Great beach location

Property was just perfect for our family of 7. The proper was clean, roomy and in a safe and secure small neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and will rent here again. It was very comfortable, clean, conveniently located and safe. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the long table/counter for our big family.

Your vacation awaits

This house was amazing. Home away from home. We brought all our food with us and only had to leave the house to go to the beach. We were able to park our jeep in the garage and rent a golf cart to haul us around. Plenty of sleeping room and they provide everything for you to start with. Will definitely book again!!

Family yearly beach trip

The location was great. It was our first time being on a ferry. The restaurants, shops and grocery stores were easy to get to either with a golf cart or vehicle. The weather was warm. The rain only came once during our stay. The house was just a short walk to the pool. The pool was nice also. The house was quite clean and vlwell equipped with what we needed.

Great Family Vaction House

Very clean, well-appointed house. The only watch out is “the beach access’’ is approximately a mile from the house. A golf cart is a recommended add-on if you are hauling beach or fishing gear.

Overall our stay was good there. They were having trouble with the hot water. It cut off three times but they got it fixed pretty quickly. The beds are advertised as queen size but unfortunately that is incorrect. The beds are full size, both of them. So they either need to correct the advertised size or replace them with queen size.

This home has all you need to enjoy your Port Aransas experience. It is well equipped and comfortable and the screened porch is a perfect place to relax. Nice stay

It was a nice home but only one tv in the living room and in only 1 bedroom. 2 other bedrooms no tv. House wasn’t clean upon arrival. Very dirty floors. Party next door until 3am kept me and my son up all night. Nice location close to the beach.

We grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom, our son and wife in the Master bedroom, and our three grandchildren in the third room. The house is spacious. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the outside seating in the evening was cooler with a breeze . The proximity to the beach was mere minutes.

Perfect location and Spacious

Our stay was relaxing and located in a more quiet street than others on the next block. We enjoyed the spacious and colorfully decorated beach house as well as the enclosed patio that led to a quaint walkway aligned with beautiful plants, trees and flowers. The main bedroom upstairs with an attached bathroom was a wonderful get-away, and there was a door for privacy enclosing both bathroom and bedroom with a closet in its little hallway. The only concerning thing was that the balcony upstairs had soft flooring with buckling paint and surface that looked and felt like old water damage; plus part of railing at bottom was separated from the middle post.
