We have stayed in a few of these condos in the same building, and both times were great. The only thing I really want to mention is that there’s no cleaning spray for the counters, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms (which made it hard when we arrived after a long drive and needed to wash our hands right away after using bathroom). There are also no shampoos or body washes, but we always bring our own, so that’s not a problem for us. However, there was no sponge or dish soap, so we had to go out and buy hand soap for the bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen. I’ve never experienced that in any place we’ve rented before, and we rent in lots of different countries. Everything else in the condo was wonderful — clean, comfortable, in a great location with beautiful views. It was everything we wanted, except for having to run out right away to buy these basic items. Management should let future renters know these items are not there upon arrival that is all.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. There is room for improvement on the cleanliness and attention to details of the condo. We had several roaches and several of our sheets on the bed were put on inside out which caused them to come off the mattress. We fixed them. The dust ruffle on the bed on the bottom floor needs to be washed. Some of the skillets and dishes had to be be washed before use. There were two bowls of something on the balcony that were filled with something unpleasing to the eye. The runner carpet as you come into the house from the garage was very dirty. We folded it up and put it under the bench by the backdoor. The dates listed on this message are not correct Our reservation was from Wed., Sept. 10th - Sun., Oct. 14th.

Nice place but....

The place was really nice and had an AC issue and it was addressed in 30 min. My only complaint was that I confirmed there would be a gas grill and what they have is a gas griddle that was so rusty it was not usable.

Wonderful locations

We have stayed in this same condo two years in a row and it is perfect! Short golf cart drive to the beach and to town, plus the Marina where we leave our boat during our stay is at our back door!

Annual college pals reunion

Wow. Everything about the rental was perfect for our group of five friends. The layout was great for gathering, cooking, and hanging out on the balcony. The en suite bedrooms gave us privacy and space that we needed. The main plus for our group was the elevator, which was necessary for our mobility-impaired friend. He quickly mastered the elevator, which was surprisingly quiet and easy to operate. The kitchen was a dream: modern appliances, gas cook top, plenty of counter space and every imaginable utensil, dish, pot and pan and glassware. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we're glad to have found our home away from home in Port A.

Great location

Great location, Brenda was awesome to work with. We have stayed in these units a number of times and love the location to the boat slips as we love to fish. There were a few minor issues , there was a bag catching water from the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. We replaced the bag with a pot and notified the property. Also all the doors squeaked , bought WD40 problem solved. Overall will book this location again.

Beach weekend

Absolutely love this property. This is the second year staying here for our family vacation and we couldn’t ask for a better location. Short trip to the beach/shops/dining via golf cart and right off the boat docks. Would recommend to any family looking for a great place for the weekend.

Great Stay in Port A

We enjoyed our recent stay traveling with two teenage boys. Staying on the beach isn’t a must for our family. The location is perfect and allows the convenience of being just a 3 -5 minute drive to beach, as well as some privacy away from busy communities. Pool is super close to the unit and was never crowded. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and beach towels were also provided. Beautiful views of the marina from living room and just about every bedroom. There are 3 patios to sit and enjoy the scenery. Private elevator made loading and unloading helpful. Would stay again.

Awesome place!

My wife and I booked this condo to take kids fishing. This is second time we’ve stayed here and it has been perfect both times, views of marina are amazing. We did have a issue with the A/C when we got there but one phone call and they had someone right over to fix it!!

The property was great but management co was poor. The property had not been checked out. Elevator was not working. Fan controls were missing batteries. We didn’t receive check in instructions until minutes before check in time.

Great Stay!

The location was prime for hopping on a golf cart (a must rental in Port A - try Bron's, they were great) and heading to the beautiful beach, local restaurants, and shopping. The pool and hottub on site were also wonderful to hop in after a long day in the sun. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on one of the three patios/decks while enjoying the sunset and water views. You won't regret your stay here!

Great location

This IS a great location and the marina view is awesome. There is plenty of room for everyone and you don’t feel like you are walking all over each other. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watched the sunset In the evenings. The restaurant next door is probably the best food we had the whole time. The 3 full baths were wonderful and the half bath upstairs was an added bonus. However, there are several things that would have vastly improved our stay: the place was not properly cleaned before our arrival and there were little cockroaches and crawling insects of some sort everywhere and the floor was dirty. There were no cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes or 409 to wipe down counters and such. Also, bring extra trash bags, laundry soap, and sheets (unless you like sleeping on sandpaper.) There is also no welcome packet that lists check out expectations, wifi password, etc so was I texting the property managers frequently. Being able to use the garage code instead of having to walk all the way around would’ve been nice too especially with a 4 year old and an infant. There is an elevator so I would make sure it is working before your arrival. (76 stairs round trip is a bunch and the kitchen is at the top!) We did enjoy our stay and with a few additions would definitely be willing to rent this unit again.
