We were disappointed in the overall property. The pictures are deceiving, it looks better than it is. This property appears to be old and not kept up as it could be. The "game room" had some tables, old couches a small fooseball table and a ping pong table that was folded up. Worst was one of the walls needed to be patched. Not an inviting place at all. Needs major updates.There was mold on the outdoor chairs by the upper pool and hot tub was missing tiles. There were broken fence slats by the equipment that ran the hot tub and heated pool. One of the hot tubs was not working and the front desk person said she wasn't sure when it would be fixed. There were, however, newly surfaced pickleball courts, which were nice.The pictures of the condo were a little deceiving also. A major oversight was the shower in the 1st bedroom. It was so small our adult granddaughter had to use the shower in the "master". Showerheads need replacing. A plus was that the beds were nice. Could never figure out how to work the TV. The balcony was big and overlooked the pickleball courts. If we head back to Port A in the future, we will NOT be staying at La Mirage. It was just not what we were expecting.
