"Upon arrival, I was greeted and all seemed well until I walked into the room assigned and the ceiling was falling in across the entire room, evident there had been an obvious sign of leaking water with possibility of the ceiling falling at any minute. The smoke detector was missing from what appeared to be where one hung previously. The sofa advertised in the room was clearly not in the room. I went to the front desk to inform them and they offered no apology simply handed me the keys to a different room directly below the room where the ceiling was falling in and smoke detector missing. I didn’t feel comfortable staying with my children so we returned the keys to the front desk and left. Still have yet to be refunded."
