We requested a non smoking room and when we got there the room was so smokey we couldn't stay. We had to go to another hotel. I am requesting a full refund. I have asthma.

I am so sorry of the misunderstanding on your room type upon arrival. All pending charges will drop off our card within 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution. All our rooms will be non smoking with in the next month. Once again, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope you will give us another try in the future.

Will stay again!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Bigger rooms, but it was nice and comfy as is
Location: Water Park, fishing, hiking, food, scenery
Beautiful Kentucky mountains, friendly community, clean rooms and pool, great breakfast and close to everything. My kids loved the local water park and the scenery. We will definitely stay again!
