The room was disgusting honestly. Beware of room 419. It looked like it hadnt been clean in months. Stains on bedskirts...red ones. Carpet stains and dirt were nasty. Toilet had a huge ring in the bowl. I didnt even use the shower for fear of fungus. The AC was literally caked in dirt and dust. Felt unhealthy to even have it running. Comforters were so old they had lumps and teares. For the price this place charged it should have been clean! Front desk staff were amazing and very nice but housekeeping woke us up at 7am just to give us the bill sheet....knocking continually on our door. Ive never had leave a review like this. Will not be returning.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Needs some updating, they are updating their lobby and breakfast room. Staff was very friendly. My class was held at this facility which was very convenient for me.

Dirty dirty! I was in the room for one minute and left. It was a bit of a fight getting my money back. The hallways had dirty linens on the floor along with empty food boxes. NOT handicap accessible in the hallway I was in. You literally have to walk down a slope to get to your room.

I apologize you were not happy with your arrival, we do change all linens and towels out of every room every day and do place in the hall for pick up. Unable to sleep due to noisy and arguing neighbors who were slamming doors and talking loudly. This went on from 3am until about 5:30 am. I know you have no control over rude guest behavior, but maybe if the rooms were sound proofed better I could have gotten some sleep. The pool was great, the restaurant good, all staff was pleasant. Would have been nice if I’d been able to sleep.
