A large hotel with the personality of a small Boutique hotel. Well located. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant has the best mushroom toast ! Free drink vouchers for any days that you decline housekeeping was a neat bonus. Large rooms. Nice espresso machine in the room. Very cute lobby area with ample seating options. Restaurants and bakery and metro 1-4 min walk away. The main plaza and shopping area just 10-12 min walk or 1 metro stop away.

We had some lovely days at the NH Copenhagen. The room was cozy, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The windows block out all outside noise, and the temperature can be easily adjusted with the air conditioning and it actually works. The walk into the city takes about 10 minutes. We had a small issue with room cleaning on one day and with the final invoice, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful, so everything was quickly resolved. All in all, we would happily come back to NH when visiting Copenhagen again.

Staff were good The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus. Beds could have been comfier but we still enjoyed our stayed for what we used it for. Easy to get around Copenhagen and to and from the airport too.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2025, and it was deeply disappointing. Room Issues: The bathroom sink emitted a disgusting smell throughout our stay. Maintenance came on day two but the problem recurred. An electrical socket pulled out of the wall when removing plugs - a serious safety hazard. The fridge was so loud it woke us at night. Despite reporting these issues early, the hotel only offered to inspect them at 4pm on our final evening - far too late to resolve anything. Staff: Our luggage was lost on arrival with no assistance. At breakfast, when we questioned a billing discrepancy, we were aggressively told it was our own fault but it took five attempts to find out why. Multiple interactions felt hostile. Breakfast: Stale bread, cold hash browns, and bacon swimming in grease. At 9:45am we asked if fresh food was coming and were told no. I was served orange juice in a chipped glass that nearly cut my mouth. Management Response: After raising these concerns, the Guest Relations Supervisor called our room without checking if it was convenient, sent us alcohol despite us not drinking, and ultimately refused any meaningful compensation. Their final response defended their procedures rather than acknowledging the multiple failures. Positives: The check-in staff was lovely. Pre-arrival concierge service was excellent. Bottom Line: Not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Unresolved safety issues and hostile service ruined our honeymoon
