Location is awesome, check in was quick and easy. Very noisy, they were doing road construction right on the street below my room all night long, it was super noisy and I couldn’t sleep with the window closed as it was too hot, but even with the window closed it was very noisy. Breakfast was ok

It was a delight to stay here- breakfastwas generous and delicious! Room clean and of a reasonable size- amazing Access to Central Station and lots of sights- the noise from trains didnt distract from ambience- historic, quirky and staff pleasant- would recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel right next door to railway station for easy access to airport. All day complementary tea, coffee and croissants in foyer. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Hotel has it’s own bike rental for getting around the city.

We absolutely loved Astoria! It was great all round and we particularly loved its history, its art deco feel and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay there when we visit Copenhagen again

Historical hotel with technical/Managment problems

I received Room 104 with broken heater/radiator. Room was changed only on the 2nd night. Room 104 was above train line - very noisy and floor/walls vibrated. Room 104 doesn’t had blackout curtains. Management ignored communication massages on Hotels.com Management refused compensation.

Ideal location, right next to the central train station and was not too noisy despite this. Good breakfast options, staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel Astoria!

Great stay in central Copenhagen hotel

Good hotel very convenient for centre and right next to the railway station. Comfortable and quiet (apart from the quiet rumble of a passing train). Breakfast was good but it would be nice to have some variety on different days. Personally I didn’t like the semi automation of check in etc - whilst it was quick, I prefer human interaction .

Great staff but hotel let down by our room not having a single usb. Plus being at the corner of two main roads means Friday and Saturday nights were hugely noisy until 0430. Quiet on Thursday but impossible to sleep on Friday and Saturday. Staff great and breakfast v good and handy for railway station. Please install usb sockets quickly

Pleasant Stay at Historical Hotel

Was drawn to the historical hotel which is just next to Copenhagen Railway station. Also most tours depart from there, so it was convenient. Adequate basic room amenities. Most eco-friendly hotel we have been to - need to book housekeeping the night before, coffee/tea-making facilities (& fruits) available at the lounge reception 24/7. Reception staff very helpful. Daily breakfast variety status quo.
