I thought the hotel was overall decent. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable but I found it to be a little too small for my liking, it was very compact and had me feeling a little claustrophobic. I would have expected complimentary in-room tea and coffee making facilities for a 4 star in Europe. Check-in was high tech, everything was digital. The room had an iPad which enabled me to control the mood lighting, temperature, blinds, curtains and TV channels which I thought was quite cool. Hotel was clean and modern and you can't fault the location. It is conveniently located to get around Copenhagen without any hassle.

Room was EXTREMELY SMALL and not properly equiped. Missing a glass to dring water, etc Bathroom was added, so it was a plastic cabin ! VERY BAD ! WC washing was insixe the room, 1 meter away from bed ! Everythjng very small and uncomfortable. IT IS A SHAME that the hotel category is 4+. Otherwise, stuff & breakfast was very good and pleasant

Greeted warmly at reception and given details to assist us with our stay. Was great being able to operate the lights, heating and TV from the iPad. Yes our room was spotless, rather smaller than we were expecting and it took us a while to find you as your street number wasn't on the final print out and your hotel sign was tiny and hidden at the top of the building.
