Unmanned, so service level is questionable, but good instructions for an easy check in and check out process was provided. Room was clean and pretty enough. Lamp bulb for the bedside lamp was expired, couldn't figure out how to make a service notification for staff. Bed lacked a top-matress and therefore extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was good sound proofing from the outside in the windows, but had to tighten a latch myself, half the latches were undone when i arrived. The door to the hallway was gaping all around the frame though. Letting in light and noice from the hallway, stairs and other guests. Had a private bathroom wich was a small "shower over toilet" type (which is absolutely fine), but lacked a hook for the towel, when just needed after hand washing/facewashing/toothbrushing.

Triple room was clean and spacious. New towels and toilet roll provided every day. Only issue with the room was that the mini fridge didn’t work but we were rarely in the room so didn’t really need it. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay other than doors closing. Online check in and out was super quick and easy. Had no issues with room key via app. No elevator in the hotel so carrying luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Cleaning staff provided extra pillows when requested. Other than that one interaction, no other staff were seen during our visit. Couldn’t see where to store luggage even though this was advertised however, Copenhagen Central Station is a short walk away and lockers can be used for 90dkk or less per day. Hotel is a good base close to public transportation and attractions.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service was terrible – the staff were neither friendly nor helpful. There was no parking area, which made everything very inconvenient. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet was in awful condition. It seemed like nothing had been properly cleaned for a long time. There was a bad smell, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s far from what you would expect for the price.

Worst Property, There’s no elevator and had to bring suitcases from stairs and room was on 3rd floor plus there’s jot a single person available to look and resolve queiries, Auto checkin and auto checkout thats it 😐 Room size was good bit bed was very soft and bad which hurts my back. Also wasroom was very smelly 😒

A bad joke…

Can’t believe a place like this can exist in a city like Copenhagen 2025. I’m talking about the digital reception. Extremely complicated and even if we followed directions stuff didn’t work. Called support and they couldn’t even find my booing. Shared toilet stunk. No socket for bad lamps on both sides of the bed. Tv and internet is not working. Simply a joke the whole thing.
