To start off we got a room thatbwas not cleaned yet from previous guests and my second room there was holes in the sheerlts comforter and curtains looked like a cat got a hold of them and room next to me hisband and wife were arguing and didnt care whatblanguagebtheybused weather kids were around or not so we left 15 minutes after check in and went some where else

The property was fine and so was the majority of staff. Had a problem with one of the front desk guys not returning my call or getting back to me about an important situation but the manager himself made that situation right again and fixed any problems. I would stay here again

While the room was clean, the lobby bathroom was disgusting and lacked paper products. The pool had scum around the tile. It needs to be cleaned. Some of the staff were great and some were just putting in their hours.phine in room not attached to anything, no guide for tv. Overall an average experience for this price range.

I needed to arrive late. I called them property several times before my arrival. First to change the arrival date, which they wouldn’t do, then to ensure that they wouldn’t cancel my reservation when I wasn’t there on time. Well, lo and behold - I arrived late the next day to…a canceled reservation. “Luckily” they had one room left - yeah mine!!!completely incompetent. Plus all of Coopersville literally stinks. I will never stay here again and I feel sorry for people whose kids go to school nearby that get stuck staying here.
