Coober Pedy Experience Motel
The motel was underground since it had been part of an opal mine. It was a great experience to stay underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast seemed expensive for coffee, juice, toast and cereal at $20 a person.

Renovated bathroom was nice. Towels were small and thin. The AC blew directly on the bed which is not good for individuals with sinus issues, like us. Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation.
