Inside, relax in front of the gas fireplace in the cozy living area or grill out on the spacious deck while soaking up some sun. After a day of outdoor adventure, unwind on the balcony and fire up the grill for a relaxing home barbecue.



All-season adventure awaits, from hiking and mountain biking to world-class winter and water sports - delight in every attraction Bend offers. You’ll be just two-and-a-half miles from the Old Mill district and even closer to downtown walks along the Deschutes River. Mount Bachelor is 20 miles away, giving easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway to explore the gorgeous landscape. Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and rafting on the Deschutes, climbing at Smith Rock, and trying all the local craft breweries and restaurants.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Broken Top property. The home's layout was great for us, pet friendly and it was centrally located in Bend. We highly recommend it for a vacation/get away.

Liked the location's quick proximity to stores and downtown, and comfy beds and setting.Notes to owner:1. Top plugs on the two outlets on south wall of master didn't work.2. It would be nice if the listing noted that the two rooms are not in the same unit.3. Upstairs unit carpets could use some cleaning.4. It would be nice if guests could exit from the nearby back gate and not have to go all the way back to the main gate to get out of the development.
