Very nice modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable bed, and nice amenities. I appreciated the spaciousness of the bathroom and the room overall. The lobby makes a nice place to hang out with several seating areas and a large two-story glass wall, giving a great view.

Good location near Old Mill and conveniently located near the road to Mt Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. The room was recently remodeled, clean, modern, and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Snacks and beverages were easily accessible in the lobby. I'd stay here again.

Well kept, new hotel in a good location close to the river. We stayed when on-site restaurant was closed, so we got a discount at nearby Lifty’s Pub (good food!) The hotel has a bike storage room, indoor pool & hot tub (with great jets) good rooms and nice decor. What it doesn’t have is much staff/service. More of a DIY place, you can grab snacks and beverages and purchase on a tablet and be on your way. If that’s your style, this is a very good spot.

Nice property in a nice area. Staffing is not the best as there was rarely anyone at the registration desk. Room was comfortable, but things like soap and lotion dispensers were not filled. It will be even better when the new restaurant opens as food options are not convenient at the moment.
