Pudimos hacer caminatas hermosas por los cerros y por el río. Destacamos lo que le da nivel de excelencia: 1. La amplia cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que se puede necesitar para cocinar, hasta para un grupo grande de personas; además tiene un quincho con horno, asadera y mesa grande. 2. Piso climatizado, lo que permite estar cómodo en invierno o verano; la electricidad se obtiene con paneles solares y en la casa hay dos grandes chimeneas para leña. 3. Piscina climatizada y jacuzzi exterior donde bañarse mirando el paisaje. 4. Aunque hay paz y silencio para descansar y leer o estudiar y escribir, también se dispone de Internet satelital y TV con combo de canales, que permiten seguir comunicados y trabajar en línea. 5. El acceso desde Talca está totalmente pavimentado y en buen estado. 6. Encontramos todo súper limpio. 7.
