please look at reviews before staying

The room was clean, the kitchenette had dinning wear and pots and pans to use. The ac never got cold and smelled terrible. The bathroom cabinet door fell off into the floor before we even got into our room so we walked into that and we tried to keep it propped it up. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and the transferred us to just 2 queens with no downcharge of what we paid extra for the couch. You get 2 towels so we had to request more. You get 1 key and it hardly worked. We went down to request another room and nobody was at the front desk. I pushed the call button and waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came. Breakfast is not included and there is no pool.

The hotel was perfect ! Clean and the staff was helpful. The bar outside was awesome and got to view some fireworks. The shower also was very relaxing, it had different settings like rain shower, massage, hand shower and etc. 10/10

The staff were great. We had an issue with the lights in our room going out multiple times. Someone came and flipped the breaker to get them on the first time but they kept going out. We ultimately had to pack up in the dark in the middle of the night and move to another room.

The place is great, it’s new so beds and pillos are comfortable, there isn’t carpet in the rooms which is a great idea so bad odors or bacteria doesn’t stay in BUT sadly housekeeping at this place COMPLETELY SUCKS! We stayed for 5 days and on the 3rd day we had to bring a trash bag out in the hallway because housekeeping NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING, then on the fourth day she came in and took some trash, gave us clean towels when we didn’t needed then because i brought my own from home and since they were new she took them and by the time we arrived back to our room it was late at night and since they were white it was impossible to find them, anyway she NEVER cleaned the toilet, nor the shower, it has soap stains in glass walls and showerheads which makes it disgusting. It really needs WAY BETTER IMPROVEMENT ASAP, also floors are swept but NOT CLEAN so there’s that. I REALLY HOPE THEY MAKE CHANGES ASAP BECAUSE WE’RE COMING BACK NEXT YR, AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY THERE BUT HOUSEKEEPING MUST IMPROVE BIG TIME OTHER THAN THAT ALL GOOD!

Lound Music coming from lobby, drunk and loud people in hallways and room, large amount of infrastructure people staying at the same hotel the night we were there, they were drunk, yelling, fighting, we got no sleep, no manager on duty next morning to address concerns. Handicap accessible room was close to horrible noise from lobby. Basically most miserable stay we've ever had. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Fácil registración, me dieron una habitación donde no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, TV. ni el teléfono. Después de reportar 3 veces nos cambiaron de habitación y resulta que estaba sucia, tuvimos que pedir nuevas sábanas y hacer nosotros las camas, en todo esto nos llegó la media noche, así que no fue una de descanso. Polvo en todas las instalaciones. Ordenamos algo de comer en el restaurante y las chicas por atender el bar, no pusieron atención a nuestra orden. En general no fue buena estadía.
