We called 1hr after check out requesting staff to check the tracked location of my apple watch. Front desk was NOT helpful. Incredibly rude and acted as if they could not be bothered. We could see the watch changing locations into their parking lot. Stolen! Warning do not stay here!

The hot water in the bathtub burnt my foot in room 1009. The beds are super hard. The doors don't shut by themselves all the way and they charge $22 for breakfast a continental breakfast I've never had to pay for them.

Rooms were a little outdated. Very loud! It is on a main road and we heard EVERYTHING, all night long! Cars taking off at a green light, sirens, motorcycles. It was rough and we would find somewhere else to stay next time because of this. Although staff were friendly, we were out of the room for 12-hours and did have fresh towels when we returned. I had to ask 3 times and wait 45-mins for them before anyone could shower which was frustrating. Overall, not the worse place I have stayed but would def look for something different on our next trip.
