"Everything was perfect with this hotel, the standards are very high and the staff also present themselves in a respectful and mature manner, staying here was a pleasure and having everything so close clime Ferry ’s , tickets booths to boats and bars right outside the doorstep was a bonus. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to visit Lake Como and have an operating base to use Palace hotel as the service was exceptional."
