We loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, the bed was super comfortable and the grounds are so pretty! The pool looked amazing, it was just too cold for us to swim. We were there in February. Sheila in the cafe was the kindest woman!

Photos on the website are old and misleading. The room is at least 10 years out of date. Each room is "Motel Style" with a door facing outside. The carpet is the most disgusting yellow/brown color. And everything was gross feeling. I didn't take my shoes off the whole time. I killed 2 roaches the first night when they scurried across the dresser.

Not for light sleepers, we heard everything the people in the room next to us said and did-and they were just talking in normal voices. Bathroom had hair on the floor and on countertop. Shower didn’t drain while in use and plug was laying in shower. Positive it’s a good location.

The place is beautiful and our room with a loft was over the top for a good price. Also the desk clerk was very accommodating when we had Wi-Fi problems. Definitely suggest you check this out if in Kerrville.
