Modern Farmhouse - Hill Country Getaway - Texas Wine Country

Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse located 1 mile outside Comfort, TX and only 20 minutes from the wine country of Fredericksburg, TX. Located on the 112 year old Historic Biermann Ranch and completely updated in 2020 from top to bottom, take in the cows in the pasture and towering oak trees that shade the home. The freestanding soaking tub in the master bedroom along with the marble floors, countertop and tile throughout make for a relaxing place to unwind from city life and enjoy true Texas Hill Country living. The pool table is great for family fun while being steps away from the open kitchen great for meals with the family at the table or bar. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom is fit with a king bed and daybed with trundle perfect for the little ones. Fully fenced in with over an acre of space, the backyard is perfect for throwing corn hole, bbq'ing, and enjoying the fire pit with s'mores. The house is very nicely decorated inside. Clean and comfortable with an extra large master suite and bath. Everybody with us was happy with the accommodations and would want to go back. We were in Comfort for a wedding and it’s conveniently located to at least two wedding venues.If you like country air, this is the place for you!

We were in Comfort for our granddaughter's wedding at the Haven River Inn. We just just minutes away from the Inn and enjoyed being able to participate in all the events of the weekend. The VRBO at the Biermann Ranch was beautiful and perfect for our family.

Relaxing Stay

This was a stitching retreat with several girlfriends. This was a perfect place to relax and have fun. Great layout and plenty of room for four people. It’s very safe as it’s behind a gate so no uninvited guests. Sarah was super helpful and recommended places to eat. She was very accommodating as we had to move from our original date. We will be back!

Great family house!

Wonderful location for us, as my sister-in-law lives less than a mile away. This house was great for our family and close to grocery, town and restaurants. And my grandson "got to see the cows"! Will definitely stay here again.

Short excursion to the hill country

We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and roomy. The pool table was a real hit even though offering some challenging situations when the cue ball came to rest in certain locations. We liked the location with easy access to Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Boerne. Loved Comfort too.
