Staff was friendly, but the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The air vents in the room were full of dust and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, which was horrible for our allergies.

In fitness area was seriously lacking. 2 of the 3 treadmills were broken. The room is so small there is no place for mat work. The pool area was out of order the entire week I was there.

Beautiful hotel close to everywhere I needed to go

Pros: Location and the setting
Cons: The bed was adjustable but was still a little hard for me. The pillows were too soft for support.
Location: Convenient to shopping centers, Green Island Hills Country Club and Calloway Gardens. The location was great for our trip.
I was in Columbus for a Columbus High School class reunion and the hotel was a pleasant experience.

nice hotel, friendly staff

Pros: It was clean and the staff was very friendly. They also were attentive.
This was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was in an out of the way spot next to a small lake. The pool is smaller than what the picture shows. We only stayed the one night, but I would stay here again.

Excellent Stay

We were in town visiting my son at Fort Benning. We arrived at the Columbus Airport at 11:00 p.m. Picked upn a rental car at Budget Car Rental where we were given printed directions to The Hilton Garden Inn which is about 4 miles from the airport, we arrived within 5 minutes. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.The rooms were spotless as was the bathroom. I would suggest to take the breakfast plan when you book your trip. The coffee is compatible to Dunkin Donuts and your omlettes, french toast and pancakes are all made to order. Food and coffee was always hot. Fort Benning is about 15 minutes from the hotel. It is a perfect location if you are visiting Fort Benning. We have aready book another 5 nights in June for my sons graduation and will be booking in July for his Paratrooper graduation also. Well worth the money from everything else we saw in this area. It is located away from all main streets and shopping areas. Very beautiful grounds.

Incredibly Awesome

Stayed here while visiting my son at Ft. Benning over Thanksgiving. The drive to the Ft. is 99.9% interstate. Hotel is on the North end of Columbus but well worth the extra $$ for the amenties & peace of mind. A little hard to find in the dark as the roads to it take you off the beaten path.
