When i got to hotel the room was different than the pictures, the employees was rood and disrespectful. When I went out to smoke they gave dirty looks at me then when I checked out i forgot my phone and they wouldn't let me go get it the lady went to go look for it and came back and said it wasn't there and said she would call if it was found. I said i couldn't leave without it and the employee came up and gave me a dirty look and more less sais i was telling a lie about leaving my phone and was being extremely disrespectful and rood. Then the lady somehow found my phone. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone. They had said so many things to degrade me. Its horrible that people actually act the way towards other people and that they are aloud to treat guests like that.

Nice and clean, friendly staff....but pool is closed. The pool is the only reason I booked at this location. Very disappointed.

Billing screwed up

I was told i could pay with a different card prior to booking and they charged the card anyways. To make it worse when i called to dispute the receptionist told me a had to wait a whooollleeee day later to dispute b/c she could not access my account. ...what type of incompetent service is that. ......

Great hotel!!

The room was very clean, the staff was nice, the amenities were great and overall very pleased with our stay.

Loved it!

Hotel was clean, staff was polite and the free breakfast was better than any other hotel I have ever stayed. They had hot coffee available 24/7 and free warm cookies in the afternoon and evening. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Good Customer Service but the rest was Below-to-Average

Pros: good customer service
Cons: no jacuzzi, room/furniture is old, no elevator
We booked by telephone through central reservations and we were specifically looking for a room with a jacuzzi. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk told us that the King Deluxe Room that we booked did not have a jacuzzi but it has a whirlpool bath that only fits one person. We were a bit upset that they hadn't told us over the phone but she immediately said we could change our minds, not check in and there would be no charge. She even told us that the hotel across the street had rooms with jacuzzis (that fit 2-3 people) and gave us their number. They were all booked so we chose to keep the room. I have stayed at the Hampton Inn at Morse Rd and it has been upgraded, that is probably why I was not impressed with this hotel. It has 2 floors but no elevator and you can tell the rooms/furniture are old.

Absolutely WORSE Hotel Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my absolutely worse hotel experience ever. To begin with I don't believe anyone spoke english who was affiliated with this hotel. The Front Desk Clerk was rude!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. NOT OF HAMPTON INN'S POLICIES OR PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED BY THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
