Private Entry Studio with Gas Fireplace @ I-71 Polaris near Chase

Our private studio apt offers you rest in your own wooded environment while close to the city. You will have your own private living space with private entry, Sleep Number Bed, kitchenette, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom, gas fireplace, full size washer & dryer, and covered patio w/fire pit table & chairs. Further out by the woods you will have your own fire pit with seating and wood.

Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful, comfortable, clean & safe space for you to rest & enjoy as if you were home.

The studio apt is cleaned meticulously & set up for COVID & other virus protection. For your protection, the studio has it’s own separate dedicated Air Conditioning/Heat as well as 2 HEPA Air Purifiers. We follow all Covid cleaning guidelines & beyond what they ask and set up procedures for your safety. We are obsessive clean freaks so everything (including light switches & knobs) is cleaned and sanitized after each guest with Clorox wipes. We use “clean” laundry products and have both natural & chemical cleaning products so that people have a choice of what they would prefer to use.

We are just off of the east side of Gemini Exit @ I-71. Chase is 5 mins away. Top Golf, IKEA, Cabela’s, & Polaris Fashion Place are also 5 minutes away. Otterbein University is 7 mins away. Ohio State University is 15-20 minutes away. Easton 15-20 mins away.

Below is a detailed description of the private studio with private outdoor space:

In attempting to provide you with a good night's sleep we now have a Sleep Number Bed. This way you will be able to adjust your bed to the softness or firmness you personally need in your mattress. You can also raise the head or foot of the bed.

In addition, we have chosen high quality sheets, blankets, and duvet for the queen size bed. You will also find your choice of pillows from soft, Hilton's medium down pillows, and Brookstone Biosense Memory (which is firm). There are reading lamps on each side of the bed that move from side to side and go up and down for you reading pleasure & comfort. There is a ceiling fan above the bed for those that prefer moving air over them as they sleep. ALL bed linens including mattress cover & duvet are washed after every guest.

The living space is designed for comfort and rest. It includes a couch with two large power recliners, tables, a large desk, a rocker, an ipong chair, bookshelves, and plenty of shelving for your personal items. There is a 50" Smart TV with the addition of Spectrum Cable above the gas fireplace. In addition, we offer a Private Guest WiFi.

The small kitchenette includes a table & 2 chairs, large refrigerator, a small convection microwave oven (operates as an oven and as a microwave), dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, & a drip coffee maker, a sink with garbage disposal, toaster, electric skillet, 2 single induction ranges with pots and pans, and other essentials. Gas grill on back patio.

There is a large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space as well as 2 dressers, a full length mirror, and an iron & ironing board. You also have your own washer and dryer.

The bathroom has a new vanity, sink, toilet, and bathroom ceiling heater. There is a walk-in shower with seating, shelves and a couple of drawers. We have selected nice towels for your use and other nice additions. There is a blowdryer, a wall make-up mirror, curling iron under the sink for your use. For the bath we offer the Native Body Wash, Fekkai shampoo, & Fekkai conditioner. In addition, we have many extra items such as a shower cap, hairspray q-tips, cotton makeup remover pads, good disposable earplugs, etc... here should you need them.

If you enjoy nature you will see plenty of wildlife as the outside wall is floor to ceiling windows. We love birds and intentionally seek to bring them in. So there will be binoculars for you to use should you so choose. Weekly if not daily you will see deer in addition to the other common wildlife.

Behind our wooded property is Top Golf and next to it they are currently building restaurants & apartments to be finished in 2025. You will see the Top Golf poles & nets as you come down our street but not from our backyard.

While we cannot offer smoking inside the studio but you are welcome to smoke on the patio or at the fire pit.

We are a couple in our 60's and both of us work out of our home. We love family and welcoming people on to our property. Our aim is that you will feel comfortable, safe, find rest, experience peace and can enjoy your visit while in the area. In other words, we hope you will feel at home.

We seek to offer people a private peaceful place to retreat in a very nice & safe neighborhood. Adding to the goal of feeling safe when you are traveling we have a professionally monitored security system including outdoor cameras that are turned off unless you ask us to leave them on upon your arrival. We hope the comfort of our space will help you to feel at home and enjoy yourself. We tend to give guests their space and so if you see us it may just be when we are watering or perhaps shoveling the snow from the walkway & driveway. Before arrival we send our guests our private mobile numbers so they can reach us with questions or needs.
