Check in was horrible. The person behind the counter was new and inadequately trained or just incompetent. In addition to taking 45 minutes to check in with only 1 family ahead of me, the hotel required a $50 room deposit in addition to the room charge. In order to get a refund you were told to write down your credit card number and expiration date on a sheet of paper which I was told would be "safely" kept and then destroyed. The hotel was clean, however the towels were either cheap or washed too many times, and the wash clothes had stains on them. Breakfast was non existent. They forgot to make the coffee, and the machine they use to make it takes at least 30 minutes. They did have orange juice, apples, and a toaster, but you had to bring your own bread. I have stayed in worse, but I don't stay in those again either, as I won't be returning here. If you stay here I hope you have a better experience than I did.

It was fine. I just needed place to sleep, not much time spent at hotel. I had dirty towels upon arrival, staff did great at replacing them. Sink was dirty, just looked like it wasn’t cleaned up properly.

At check-in find they don't have king room I reserved. Change to room with 2 full size beds. Go to shower there was no hot water. Turn on t.v. cable doesn't work. At 1a.m. go to front desk and am told "Oh, let me switch you because we haven't had complaints in other room. Absolutely awful...avoid at all costs!!!

The guy at the desk was nice but the hotel hallways smelled like mildew and there were dead bed bugs in our room and sheets. We didn't realize until the morning because we stopped after midnight and we just wanted to rest. It was a horrible feeling in the morning. We got out of there as quickly as we could.

I didnt stay! When i got there i was given a double bed room instead of the king bed room i reserved witch was fine untill the tv didn't work so i got moved to a different double bed room. However that tv didnt work either, no batteries in the remote even. The new room smelled like pee super bad and was nasty old and dirty. The beds had hair on them and were not clean. I went back upto the front desk and asked for a refund after getting a worse room and wasting an entire hour fighting with the tv and switching rooms. They said there was nothing they could do they have to have their general manager. They said i had to call Expedia to get it tooken care of and they gave me a fake phone number. I now have to call my credit union and dispute a $70 charge to my card. This is a nightmare! I should have just stayed in my car, next time i will!

Desperately needs repair and maintenance. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and tried to do everything herself, including manning the front desk and pruning the shrubs in the parking lot. There was damage on the walls, furniture, and wall accessories. The shower had a narrow stream of water. The hot tub was broken. And the swimming pool was full of bubbles that made us afraid of going in. When I went for coffee at 6 AM, The person on duty at the front desk was sleeping in front of the security monitors. The side door, which should have been accessible by key only, was open to anyone who pulled the handle.
