To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we partner with an insurance provider that conducts a basic screening for every booking. Watchlist: A check against our insurance list of guests who have previously caused damage and not taken responsibility for it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGE WAIVER
Accidents happen, and we want your stay stress-free. **Before arrival, pick one required protection option in our secure Guest App:** As an official partner of Airbnb, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App

1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.
2. **Damage Waiver – non-refundable** A small $34.95 one-time fee that covers accidental damage. Quick peace of mind. **non-refundable**
