Welcome to our newly built Colorado Springs home! This thoughtfully curated space is perfect for professionals, traveling nurses, and families looking to settle in for an extended stay. With spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV's, backyard patio and outdoor seating you'll have all the amenities you need. Also enjoy a dedicated home office with a sit-stand desk and fast wi-fi providing a productive work environment. We hope to have the opportunity to host you!

Our pristine and fully furnished home is professionally cleaned and maintained. The main level of the home has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area and living room provide ample space for socializing, enjoying meals together with a beautiful, custom-built electric fireplace. The office is set up with a large sit-stand work station equipped with a monitor and incredibly fast wi-fi for remote work. Relax on the front porch or back patio, which features comfortable outdoor seating and well-maintained landscaping.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a loft, and a laundry room. All the rooms feature new memory foam mattresses, oversized closets, and luxury bedding. The loft is a comfortable secondary living space where you can enjoy watching the smart TV (your own log-in in required) or playing games.
