Perfect getaway!
The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. It was cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed we slept in was so comfortable and listening to the creek every night was heaven!

cozy cabin getaway
my husband and our 2 young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. it's in a great location! when leaving if you go right, you get to experience Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, Colorado Springs and much more. If you choose to go left you'll get to stop at The Pantry and other great little restaurants before venturing on to the Woodland Park area and even further to Cripple Creek like we did! We also loved visiting Lake George and the South Platte River- definitely worth the drive to see it!

Enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located for everything that we wanted to do. It was clean although the furniture is showing some wear. The biggest complaint that we had was the lingering smell from the wood fireplace. We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place. It was nice and cozy and we really enjoyed the creek in the back. Location was perfect. Short distance to many local attractions, hiking, food, and cute little towns nearby. We felt nestled in nature with the creek in the back and the wildlife out front. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the cottage because we were so busy during the day, but it was very clean, owners were very welcoming and quick to respond if we had questions.

Perfect location.
This place was awesome. Perfect location for all the things we wanted to see and do. After being out all day sightseeing and whatnot, it was great to just kick back and relax next to the river. The place has pretty much everything you’ll need for your stay. I definitely enjoyed the little to no cell service (Wi-Fi available and was super fast!) as I was able to disconnect from work calls… Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get away and stay in a nice comfy/relaxing place.

Beautiful area close to many attractions
Enjoyed our stay. Only a small complaint. Bbq pit was not working and when I cooked our steaks inside the fire alarm would go off because the stove has no ventilator. Over all the house was comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. Just wish we could have enjoyed the backyard more by cooking out.
