It also offers a microwave and mini fridge including plates, cups and everything you may need during your stay. Our space is available for nightly stays as well as monthly stays.

Great location!
Overall, our stay was what we expected for an affordable studio rental. Pros: clean, conveniently located near Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods, communication with the owner, view of Pike’s Peak. Cons: close to the busy road, so if road noise bothers you, this would be a con.
