The kids loved the fenced in yard and playset, and the balls the host provided. Communication with host and check in went great. Very spacious for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids. (The only downfall was the dog next door that barked at the neighborhood deer quiet a bit...)

Perfect for family

The property was great for 2 families with young children. There are quite a few stairs, but it gave us plenty of space. Having the fire pit and play set with a deck overlooking it was a bonus. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

Amazing Stay in Woodland Park

We had 2 families stay here for a 5 day mountain vacation and had an amazing time! There’s lots to do close-by, but you still get that “I’m staying in the mountain” feel. The house was great for our 2 families with a good kitchen, grill, nice big backyard and deck, and fire pit. Everything was exactly as advertised (or better!) and we would all recommend staying here.

Perfect!

This was the second time we stayed at this house. We stayed in August 2023 and again in August 2024. We had no problems either time. We needed a place close to Charis Bible College, so the location was perfect for us! The house looks just like the pictures! Great place to stay!

Lovely Home & Responsive Host

Lots of great things about this property! It’s spacious, clean, kid friendly, and the local doe visited daily. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party, so we occupied all of the rooms in the house and cooked all meals in. It was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and storage containers. We enjoyed the deck, front porch, and the gas fire pit was great for S’mores. We would definitely stay again!

Spent 6 nights with our family of 8 and enjoyed every minute at this property. Location is convenient to many great attractions. We went to Manitou, Royal Gorge, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Santa Express, and Dinosaur Resource Center. It truly was our home away from home. Loved the kids playroom, the fire place was on every night as we watched movies, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast before heading out every day. The table of 8 allowed all of us to sit at the same time. My brother loves to BBQ and so we had the BBQ pit on as well as the fire pit to keep warm. We can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Mountain Getaway

Our family of six had a wonderful stay in Woodland Park. The location was perfect - a short drive to so many great attractions in the area. The house was also equipped with all the small appliances, pots/pans, kitchen and bath necessities, etc. Little things that may not seem like a lot (tissues, plenty of blankets and bath towels, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.) made a huge difference in our ability to arrive and immediately begin our vacation. In addition, the house had everything we needed while traveling with a 1 yr old - high chair, pack n play, toddler toys, gated back yard and front porch, and more. I highly recommend this rental for families traveling to the Colorado Springs area.
