Josh is a super host with an incredibly well done and appointed apartment. It was a perfect for three guests and we enjoyed the hot tub with the outdoor space. It has its own parking space, door entry, modern appliances and outdoor dining area. We highly recommend for friends or families.

Updated and very nice two bedroom basement apartment with plenty of room for three. Everything is fully stocked and plenty of amenities. Outdoor hot tub/fire pit area is awesome. Owner is super responsive and was even able to accommodate an early arrival.

Very nice cozy place. Josh is a great host and he’s right upstairs in case you need anything. We loved the location; just a couple minutes drive from Garden of the God’s and Old Colorado City.

I was so impressed with this airbnb. It was fully equipped with kitchen supplies, toiletries, games, an abundance of blankets/pillows and the outdoor area was an added bonus to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The location was perfect for exploring Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We look forward to staying again!

The host was beyond superb. If you are there to visit Garden of Gods, Manitou Incline, and Pikes Peak, this location puts you in the best spot. The host has really made this rental really accommodating for guests. He went out of his way with the outdoor layout of hot tub, dining, and outdoor tv and living room. The indoor section was so clean and in home features were so fancy and up to date. We had deer come and visit us and looked in our windows which so precious. I would strongly recommend this spot if you are in Colorado Springs. Just I advise not going to Manitou Incline. That hike nearly killed me. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and being so responsive. One of the best host we have ever interacted with. He also has a VIP parking space for his guest. This host is definitely top shelf type of host!

We stayed two nights at this place. The rooms were immaculate. Any amenity a guest would want was provided. The outside was such a pretty place to relax and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay!
