Perfect for our USAFA Reunion

Located conveniently to USAFA, restaurants, and shops, this townhome had the perfect amount and layout of space for our reunion weekend. We loved that there was a first floor "apartment" with kitchenette area and TV. Everything was very clean and comfortable. If the weather were better, we would have utilized the patio. Would definitely recommend!

Great Property!

Our family stayed here when visiting our student at the USAFA. This is a very nice place conveniently located near USAFA and easy to get around the Colorado Springs area. Very clean and bright with lots of natural light. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is decorated nicely. Has a ton of space 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on upper level with an additional king bedroom with living room and kitchenette and bathroom that we didn’t use at all. Easy communication with owner with prompt replies. Some streaming services provided which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
