The hotel was overall good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel and casino looked very unsafe, but once inside, there were security features that made us feel...well, secure. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the exercise room wasn't great. The treadmills didn't work, the seat on the airdyne bike was wobbly and the only barbells still in pairs were 25 lbs or more. Price was great and overall a good value.

Located in a Horrible area - The exterior of the property looked awful. The hotel smelled weird....got in the room it smelled like some weird stale air and nasty nose burning cleaner. Furniture had chips and cracked ...lampshade was cracked, carpets filthy, chair filthy. We checked in and knew we would not get our money back - but also didn't want to risk taking back any "souveniers" with us. We booked another hotel which cost another 500.00 Its one thing for Casino Queen to be run down but when big money Draft Kings put their name on it. The fact that all you did was BRANDING and you did nothing to improve the property and the hotel is more no-tel hotel. Its gross and no valet -

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My stay at Casino Queen Hotel was disappointing overall. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor and the carpets were badly stained, which gave the property a very run-down feel. The bathroom was missing basic amenities like body wash, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately these positives couldn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Definitely expected more for the price.

1st time here...attended the Chris Brown concert. Loved the location, room was nice and clean, everyone courteous. Loved the fact it was right next to the Casino- right outside the hotel main entrance. I will definitely be back.
