My husband and I used to truly enjoy this property; however, since the change in management, the overall experience has noticeably declined. I want to emphasize that the staff has consistently been friendly and professional, which is the only reason I hesitated to leave this review. Unfortunately, the issues since new management took over have been hard to ignore: the televisions no longer work, there is now a $10 parking fee, and the WiFi is extremely slow. During our most recent stay (September 12–14), we encountered broken fixtures in the shower, and the final straw was finding a roach in the bathroom. This is disappointing given how much we used to love coming here. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the staff truly deserves better support.

Expect to pay more fees at the hotel, then what shows you will pay on hotels.com. Elevators haven’t been serviced/inspected in over a year. The front desk people would rather you charge your credit card than having to deal with issues. Broken glass on the floor near laundry room just gets swept to the corner. Under cooked breakfast food, cockroaches in the hallway. Definitely won’t be back.
