The location was convenient for my needs. A minimal breakfast serving was available. Limited fitness center was available. Not quite the standards I've dealt with in the past. I had no complaints with the staff (front desk). He was truly helpful.

The Assistant Manager Nitin was very unprofessional, had a very nasty attitude, and discriminated against my family and I. I don't know how Nitin got a job working there. If you want to be treated with no respect, discriminated by the color of your skin, to beg for fresh towels, blankets, and toilet paper, go to Sonesta. P. S. I hope you take care of the bed bugs

Great stay

This is probably the best one with pool. The pool size was great and accurate on the depth measurements (most hotels will be shallower than descriptions), hot tub was functional. My kids enjoyed it so much!

The front desk was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. I was instructed to wait for the next shift to assist with my issue. There was a bug in my bathtub. The WiFi didn’t work and the TV never connected.

Absolutely loved the staff! Our two nights stay was nothing short of excellent. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much. Bed was comfortable. Shower felt amazing. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!

After spending thousands of dollars for employees staying at the hotel, management would not give a credit for canceling the last day of the reservation. Any other hotel would be accommodating. Also, after emailing a credit card to cover incidentals for an employee, the credit card was hacked. Do not trust this hotel!
