Did the online check in and said that we would be getting there at 5pm. Received an email that our room was ready. When we got there, we were told that our room wasn’t ready and there must have been a glitch in the system. Had to get ready for a concert and had to change our clothes in the bathroom then check our bags with the desk. As we were doing this other people were checking in and given rooms. Needless to say we were not happy.
