Clean and comfortable but aging. We had a family room, which was perfect for our 1 night stay. Was a little odd that the room has a microwave and toaster but no plates or cutlery, but we grabbed some disposable plates.

The property was very good albeit a couple of cockroachesin in the bedroom and bathroom. The recomendation for restaurant may have been a little overzelous. The French restaurant down the road is a very posh to say the least, very nice food but had to go to Hungry Jacks afterward to feed the kids.

Quite often stay in Coffs, always stay at royal palm it is clean and comfortable, rooms are tight but perfect for 1 night. Have stayed in some poor quality motels, but royal palm is predictable good, front reception was very helpful
