After being lectured by the hotel manager for arriving 45 minutes early, I was directed to a ground floor room which on entering sent me back into the 70's. the room was clean enough, very small and cramped, however, the bathroom was from hell, there was mould on the ceiling and the base of the shower screen too was filthy with mould and dirt. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here

The welcome was excellent as was the knowledge of the area given to us. Nothing was too much. The room was very clean and tidy. It looked ass if the motel was full for our night stay. Unfortunately one group chose to make noise and come and go quite a bit up until the early hours this morning. Not the best but, given the room was comfy we were able to shut most of the noise out. Would recommend for pricing, cleanliness and staff engagement. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic that the owner made sure the key to access the room outside reception time was easily to find & instructions were excellent. Also the light was on in the room which was lovely. Room very tidy and clean, well appointed (tea towel, microwave, milk) and beds very comfortable.
