Bring marshmallows for the firepit, and you can definitely bring steak and eggplants for the private gas grill. There's plenty of room on the deck for everyone to hang out in peace. Don't worry about your lake clothes - a private washer/dryer will take care of everything while you relax. When everything's loaded into the full kitchen and you're ready to turn in, just close the room-darkening shades and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Overall this was a great property - quite secluded. Saw deer, goats, and turkeys on the property, was very entertaining. Wi-fi was okay, but was able to get my work done.

Decent stay

We were out most of the time we stayed. However water was turned off by water company for a few hrs when we arrived, wish we would of gotten a heads up. There was stairs with no railing or a hill to get to the house which was complicated for my handicaped mother.

Nice home away from home

House was nice, very convenient to go to Silverwood theme park. Felt like lots of room with feeling like you would get lost. Was great for our 2 day trip and price was very reasonable.

Great Family Vacation location

The homeowners did a great job of preparing for our stay. Our group of six appreciated it was only 15 minutes from Coeur d'Alene and also a forest getaway that was peaceful with wildlife. We enjoyed family time on the front and back decks, and having a cozy fire pit in the backyard (we had to buy our own wood). The house is clean and well stocked with all the essentials (soap, cleaners, towels, paper products). The beds are all comfortable. We suggest adding blinds to the large west facing windows in the living room & clear instructions for the portable air conditioner. Overall a GREAT place to stay that we recommend for other families!

Great stay

The homeowners did a great job making sure this home was both pet and family friendly! I loved that it was only 15 minutes from town and a short walk from the backyard and you are in the forest. My kids and I enjoyed walking around and gathering wood to burn in the fire pit. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. I wish there was a bed in the trundle and I wish there were blinds on the window in the living room. Overall a GREAT stay!
