I was so disgusted at the lack of customer service at the front desk as the clerk ignored us and talked non-sense to the one and only person in front of us that I left without checking in. I did not stay there and will never book with Expedia again nor will I stay in this hotel chain. I paid for a room I never slept in and had to find lodging elsewhere in town.

Excellent hotel and experience. The only thing was the pullout sofabed - for the kids it was uncomfortable. It was on an angle and you could feel the coils. Otherwise great hotel for a family.

The service was terrible. We asked for a couple of extra pillows and were told there weren’t any available. The check-in process was a nightmare, and all of the staff were rude—except for the woman who managed the breakfast in the morning. Will try the BW next time we go to Silverwood

Decent outdoor space to eat dinner, clean hotel and room. Convenient location and despite being next to highway it didn’t feel overly loud. Lots of counter space. Comfortable beds
