Step into our thoughtfully designed space backed to a Majestic Tree-lined Golf Course. Perfect for couples, families, groups up to 8, and solo travelers. Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen, spacious walk-in shower, 100% cotton linens, cozy living area and nature surrounded patio. Spend a day at the Kroc Center, or take a stroll on the Centennial Trail - located just down the street. Explore the vibrant downtown scene and the many attractions Cda has to offer just minutes away!

The guesthouse has a separate private entrance and an assigned area of the backyard for exclusive guest use. The space has two levels and a patio surrounded by mature trees & beautiful evergreen shrubs.

The open-concept kitchen/dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom are located on the first level. The living room and secondary bedroom are on the lowest level.


Sleep Accommodations are as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 queen size bed, sleeps 2
Secondary bedroom: 2 double (full) beds, sleeps 4
Living Area: Incredibly comfortable double (full) futon (can sleep an additional 2 guests if requested.)

The guesthouse had everything you might need. It was so beautiful and has such a calming presence. Enough space for everyone. The walk in shower is amazing. I can’t say enough good things it made our vacation so great!
