Staff is fantastic - as are the accommodations. However we paid for and booked an ocean view room, at additional cost and adjusted our travel dates to reserve it. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor which was completely blocked by the vegetation. When we complained we were told that back of the house is ocean view - whether it is or not. Other than that - which was a big disappointment - we had a great time

Everything was fine but the unit smelled awful. Checked the ac unit and water was leaking from it in the closet and filter looked like it hadnt been changed in years. But everything else was ok.
