Great place to stay, we only stayed for a few nights before embarking on a cruise. Beach is literally across the street. (3-4 min walk) has mostly everything you need for beach day. Plenty of close restaurants and coffee shops, 5 min drive or about a mile walk. Lots of games in house and a nice back patio sitting area as well.

This townhouse is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across the street from the beach. We were even able to watch SpaceX rocket launches from the shore — such an amazing experience! It’s also within walking distance to fun bars and great restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has updated appliances and everything we needed. The back deck is perfect for playing cards, relaxing, or enjoying a meal outside.We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Super close to downtown to enjoy restaurants and nightlife if you’d like. We had ice cream every single night! There are two large bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms and large closets. The kitchen is very large and nice if you want to stay in and cook. Very nice large island countertop that is convenient for prep and that place you want to put your stuff when you walk in the door. Everything was super clean and convenient.

The hosts are wonderful people. They were very helpful and communicative - making sure we were able to access the unit as well as providing helpful tips on the unit (light switching, community rules and requirements, etc). They were. Especially helpful when we left something behind. To top it all off, the unit is beautiful and offered a sanctuary for us during our stay in Cocoa Beach. It is well located with extremely easy access to the beach. Make sure you get up early at least once to experience the sunrise,
