Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. Perfect weekend gateaway!

This property was perfect for me and my two teenage sons who came down for 3 nights. It’s located a quick drive from Orlando, conveniently close to Cape Canaveral and surrounding beaches. We used the kayaks and had a great time overall! Thank you so much!

Sweet manatee getaway

we absolutely loved our stay! Loved sitting on the dock and watching the manatees. The birds are also absolutely lovely. We did see dolphins one day.… But the manatees were there every single day. We even had the opportunity to see them mating. We really enjoyed Cocoa Beach as well. Such a beautiful, clean beach, not very busy at all very few people and beautiful waves. The stand is soft and the water refreshing…..really nice to walk and swin in. We went to a spot where the parking was free and there were bathrooms and outdoor shower to get the sand off your body and feet. Everything in the kitchen was great. Knives that actually cut, wonderful pots and pans and everything you need to make any kind of meal. The beds are soft and luxurious feeling, and the showers are strong and hot. The towels are great, and the bedding is wonderful. We loved it… We both feel very, very, very refreshed and renewed. Don’t resist, book today.

I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.

Awesome property!

We loved our stay! The property was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well appointed! We saw dolphins and manatees in the channel as well as osprey fishing! It was a little out of the way but wouldn’t change a thing! Very accurate description of the property. You will not regret booking!

Everything the site posted was right on, from dolphins out our window, easy ride to the beach and restaurants, friendly manager with helpful info, and very well equipped unit. Wildlife galore!

What a wonderful place to stay on the lagoon! We saw several dolphins, manatees, cranes, pelicans, and snow egrets. Good fishing from the backyard docks. Having the kayaks to use was amazing! Inside was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The view from the living room and kitchen can’t be beat. Only con for us was the master bedroom pillows were flat and could use replacing. Already making plans for our next stay here.

The VRBO itself is very nice and nearly updated, the outside of the building could use a little renovation. It would be nice to have a balcony. Sadly, the weather was not very pleasant while we stayed here so we were not able to use the pool or the kayaks. We did watch the Osprey pelicans, diving for fish and also saw a couple of dolphins on the last day. The area itself is very quiet, we did end up renting a car because it was too far away from all the activities that we were wanting to do. We did all feel that the pillows were very flat and could be updated, otherwise the bedding was very nice. There was only hand soap provided so bring all your other shower and hair product necessities,

Every thing was great . Clean when we arrived . Got there earlier then we thought ask for early check in he let us in soon as housekeepers was done . Place was just as in pic . We saw a lot of birds , dolphins , and mommy manatee and a baby things was great .

Nice Holiday Stay

My family and I booked this place to visit my brother over Christmas. The inside has been updated and was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. We took the kayaks out multiple times on the lagoon, literally in the backyard. Took multiple walks including to the beach (about 1.5 mile down the road). Enjoyed our stay!
