Good communication with the host. Property is very quite well maintained. The unit itself needs a refresh, especially the bathrooms but the location and price was acceptable and we enjoyed our short stay.

Overall, loved the place. Great view of ocean. Nice spot in the community. The kids loved the pool. The ocean was great. The condo was roomy enough for a family of 6. The building feels safe and clean. We also was able to see a rocket launch right from the condo boardwalk to the ocean. The dryer was dysfunctional shortly after we arrived. So they bought us a brand new dryer and had it delivered. They really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you to the Spanish Condominiums. We'll never forget you.

We took our grandkids to Cocoa Beach for a week long baseball tournament. We were 30 minutes away from the ballfields. We were directly on the ocean and we thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish Maine. The intimate setting of the smaller unit units was perfect and easily access to our condo to the pool to the beach and too many businesses nearby. I highly highly recommend This for other families traveling to Cocoa Beach.

Charming end unit with direct ocean view

The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. Spanish Main is very tidy and the grounds are comfortable without being pretentious. The pool is crystal clear and the beach was steps away. The owners thought of everything. It has a vintage charm, feeling like Grandma is hosting.
