Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and laid out well for a family. My only complaint is the beds are old and not comfortable. My husband and I shared a bed that had a big sunken in lump in the middle so we were both constantly rolling into the middle. The air conditioner unit is very loud as well. But the customer service is great and the location is also perfect.

I just loved the location and having the shops right there handy. Great place. There was a lot of bad reviews but the staff was very polite and friendly tonis. Great Pre-cruise stay.

Our stay was very nice, rooms are clean but could use some additional lighting as our room was very dark unless you had the drapes open during the day. The front desk person that checked us in could use a little bit of personality!!! Other than that it was good.

I would not stay at this property again. We had to get a different room because things were broken in our room. And the pool area was terrible! It looked nothing like the advertised pictures. The pool is not technically outside, its underneath the parking garage. It's an extremely small area. There were 4 total lounge chairs and 3 of them were broken. The waterfall was non existent, not even on. And the pool area was dirty with food, dirt and even someones lash extensions on the pool deck. It was disgusting!

The property is older and could use some upgrades, but it served its purpose for us. Room could have been a bit cleaner, and there was an odd smell to it - we were onlt there for 1 night and were too tired to bother with trying to change rooms. The lady at check out was very nice! Would love to see it have some upgrades, butboverall, it works for a night or two before/after a cruise.

Had Ron Jon store attached, which was interesting. Only had one choice of dining. It was a cold rainy night so we ate there. Just okay. The way across from the tub/shower in a corner. There was no countertop to speak of by the sink. Odd room!

Stay there to meet family .

It is easy to get to. Plenty of free parking in the parking ramp. Friendly staff! Adjoining a surf shop. A bar a great bar, with the best food at reasonable prices. Get there for happy hour. I well go back.

We arrived early and they got us into our room where we could be more comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area and next door to Ron John’s surf shop. They gave us a map of the area and directed us to some walkable restaurants since we didn’t have a vehicle. Rooms were clean and spacious. And checkout was a breeze.
