Wonderful experience

We gathered on Cobb Island for a family reunion and to celebrate the oldest family member's 90th birthday. Perfect Pointe was used as the gathering spot for everyone each morning. It worked out wonderfully , with lots of space for small groups to dit and catch up. We absolutely will rent it again.

Heaven on Earth at Perfect Pointe

We had many family members rent houses on the island for a celebration of life for my son, who passed a few months ago. This house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture (beds, too). The views are the spectacular and the ample windows allow all to see from every corner of the house. The outdoor area has multiple seating options and the outdoor cooking area is well set up for grilling, crab cooking, fishing poles, bikes, extra chairs, kayaks (single). We had everything we needed and more than enough supplies and toys. Host, Eileen was so accessible and helpful and she made us feel like it was our home for 6 days. We plan to return next summer. Thank you, for Perfect Pointe, an outstanding property!

Truly Perfect

This was our second stay at Perfect Pointe. It’s perfect for our family which is grown adult children, our grandchildren and my wife and I. Plenty to do with space indoors and out. Host very attentive to our needs. We already talked of booking again!

Family adventure with our two adult children and their families. Perfect Pointe met all our needs and more. The house had plenty of space and comfort throughout. Outdoors provided numerous opportunities for any number of interests. Definitely plan a return! The Kling Family.

This house really is PERFECT

Each bedroom having a door onto the balcony gives such a wonderful panoramic view of the Potomac AND the wicomico. There is perfect privacy on this corner of the island. The mimosa trees were all in bloom and it was a natural wonderland. I prefer the crab picking happens outdoors - there is a covered space for the picnic table so rain or shine there’s always a perfect spot for it. We had a perfect weekend!! Wish we never had to leave. Can’t wait to get back there.

Best location on Cobb Island

I have rented this house 4 times from the owner through VRBO and every time the house exceeds our expectations. The kitchen and master bedroom views of the sunrise are the best. I highly recommend this location

Our stay at Cobb Island

This was a wonderful place. Lots of peace and quiet. We were here for our granddaughter wedding. 7 of us stayed and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our great grandson did some fishing and enjoyed the games.

The Cobb Island house

This is my 4th time coming back to this house. It never disappoints. Everyone loved the fishing, swimming, kayaking, sea glass hunting and all the places to sit and relax. No one was ready to leave come the end of the trip. I'm sure we will be back again.

Beautiful!

This is a beautiful home with a fantastic view of the water from almost every room in the house. Unfortunately the weather was raining while I was there but the large covered porch and balcony let me enjoy the being outside without getting wet. I definitely will rent this place again when I’m this area. The owner was very helpful and was always available if I had questions.

Great Trip

Great experience overall. Owner was easily accessible with any concerns. The property is beautiful and well kept. Can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. Fishing was amazing - our 4, 6 and 8 year caught more fish than we could count. Lots of huge blue catfish but also some rockfish and sea trout. The whole family had a blast and plan to come back in the future. Thanks for a great family trip!

Wonderful!!!

The property pics don’t do it justice. The master facing the water is amazing. The kitchen/dining/living area is comfortable and spacious. Amazing views to the water in 2 directions. The 2 full length porches are huge with hanging rope seats, benches, etc. There is a spacious yard for all kinds of outdoor fun. Very private. The dock/pier is huge with fabulous fishing and crabbing. We had a wonderful time. Best vacation in years.

I’m Never Leaving the Island!

This place was everything a large group could want in a rental. The home is beautiful, immaculate, and well appointed. Host, Irene was available at all times to answer our queries. We do want to return next summer. You can’t go wrong if you want a peaceful water view property. We were lined up on the veranda several times each day.

Highly recommending: Location, view and fishing! This is second time, won't be our last time. wifi still is pretty weak, if u plan to WFH, pls be careful. For us, it worked out ok, kids actually went outside and play, not glue to ipad.

Great girls week

This property is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing, the private beach was a nice surprise, the house is very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Friends asked why not Ocean City... I'm glad I didn't make my friends drive 3 hours when we had our own little piece of paradise less than an hour from home. Eileen was very responsive when we needed anything! I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Point!

This is a spectacular spot, fabulous views, water fun, dock, lovely secluded spot, nice lawn, great decks, hammocks on upper deck, outside fire, sunrises, sunsets, nice kitchen, nice inside open spaces and private spaces. Eileen is wonderful. All good!

Perfect family getaway!

The pictures don’t do perfect pointe justice! We had so much fun exploring the beach and finding sea glass and shells. The lawn was big enough to play games and run around. We had three kids under four on our trip and they had a ball. There is fishing and a crabbing on the dock and lots of games inside in case of bad weather. The space indoor was big and perfect for kiddos to spread out and play hide and seek. The kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms super comfortable. Perfect pointe was a great, peaceful getaway and only a short drive from DC.
