The staff were all wonderful and very helpful and the room was okay, but felt as if the room was half renovated and half not renovated. The same for the resort overall, felt as if we were staying in the middle of a renovation. There is also no place to sit down in a comfy chair for a drink and conversation, no real lounge area. The breakfast does not cater to vegetarians or people with food allergies. The only options for milk were actually milk and almond milk which does not work for someone that is lactose intolerant and allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. You need either soy or oat milk.

Great Personnel

The personal was very courteous, help and went above and beyond to make your stay a good one. It was fine once my room was ready. I will make this resort my home twice a year from now on.

The swimming pool was nice. The property is run down even though there are signs saying recently renovated. I'd like to know when it was renovated certainly not recently. Staff not very knowledgeable of surrounding area. Property has potential need better management.

The property is dark, limited lighting in hallways. Doors hard to open, super noisy. Shower very hard to maneuver, but the WORST is the TV. Barely any wi-fi. It goes in and out. TV just shuts off. Dogs barking non-stop. There is nothing “ resort” related about this property. It’s a mediocre, out dated hotel at best. Not worth the price.

The staff from the moment we arrived to the Marina was super friendly. They also accommodated me and my staff by asking our floor preference. Colvin the supervisor, Greg. Laura, and Lauren were all helpful and a delight to deal with. I will recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Great stay!!

Had a great stay. I knew it was a pet friendly resort so I was thankful that I wasn’t over-exposed due to my severe allergies. The dogs were kept on leases in the common areas and were well behaved. The resort has a terrific size pool and life guards on duty which puts guests minds at ease.

Well went there a lot when it was holiday inn was not happy with our room moved to another room and it was worst charged more them I was quoted for the price should have been for a luxury resort that I was charged not happy with the stay ,it was already a sad trip for 2 funerals hopefully it gets better when there done re renovation
