The property is well maintained. Be warned the hotel staff does not easily deal with special requests

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: poorly trained staff
The desk staff needs training! When we arrived at the property a couple with 3 preschool age children were told that the adjoining rooms that they had reserved a couple months ago were not available. The clerk couldn't understand why they would not accept 2 rooms that were "close" to each other. The clerk was obviously not well trained on how to use the reservation system or on customer service. Our check-in and the guests that arrived after us were delayed about 45 minutes because the one clerk was working on the young family's situation. The desk clerk finally called the Manager of the property and the Manager had to travel to the property to address the issue. It took the hotel staff and Manager a total of 1.5 hrs to check the young family in to the adjoining rooms that they had reserved.

A good stay!

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
No problems at checkin and they were able to put other members of my traveling group on the same floor. Room was very clean and all services were available; good breakfast in the morning. I enjoy this brand location wherever I go.
