Clean and easy access to main road.. And they let pets stay for $15.00

The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work very well and the fan wouldn’t stay on. One of the towels had stains on it. I let the front desk know. The staff was pleasant.

Peaceful, at home feeling, love the lady at front dest, easy to find. Quiet street, clean area, large suites at great price.

Looks clean but it's not. Pool water black

When I arrived everything looked nice. The room looked clean and I was leased. I slept comfortable. When I went to shower, there was a towel draped across the faucet handle. It looked dirty. Made me feel sick. When Jo told front office on my way out, she told me I should have checked it when I arrived in my room. Worried I slept on that were unchanged from previous person. Didn't expect any compensation but did expect an appropriate response or apology. Left with comment she would check on it.

One of the worst westerns!

I was visiting my daughter at school for a week and have had good experiences with Best Western before, even in Europe. This was absolutely terrible. Dark, no windows open, dirty, and disagreeable people when I complained about the terrible odor and doors not fitting so hard to close and a large gape to the hall...

This hotel needs remodeling

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: needs maintenance, smoking rooms make the halls stink
There was this really awful smoke smell in the halls leading to my room. This hotel should have the smoking rooms at a different floor not directly across from the non-smoking rooms, for health reasons. I would not stay in this hotel again.

People were nice.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Well, we had a couple of minor problems, we never did figure out the magic switch on the wall or plug to get the MW to work. Tried a few plugs and switches, ended up going out to the lobby and using that MW. Don't remember if I tried the coffee maker with the same plug. Went out to the lobby to get coffee, much simpler. It was right outside the room. Refrig worked fine. There were a couple of other lights that we put on manually, as we couldn't get the switches to coordinate. No big deals. Internet worked fine for my sons class work, that was the important consideration. The room was nice plenty of space, sitting room and bedroom.
