Good start on the new listing but can be improved
The house is a good size for a large group, but we experienced several things that were disappointing. When we arrived, the temperature outside was 90 and inside was 80. The AC did not get to a comfortable level until the next morning. There were towels still drying in the dryer which I folded so we could all shower. When we went to throw something away in the bathroom, there was still trash in it. The dishwasher had clean dishes in it that we had to take care of so we could use it. The grill would not light but was so dirty we wouldn't have used it because there was no grill brush to clean it. Measuring cups and spoons would be helpful in the kitchen. There was only one trash bag that we could find in the house which was not enough for 11 people for three nights so we had to go buy our own. You have a good property, but you need to ensure that all the housekeeping details are ready for your guests.
